FREE Ground Shipping on orders $50+
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $50 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $50 we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of $4.99. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders. For international orders see our rates listed below.
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day.
EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee of $40 for Canada and $60 for all other countries. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
